Then why not take part in this years Big Winter Walking Challenge as part of our Find Your Active: Move for your Mind campaign! In teams of five, you will complete almost 1 million steps as you virtually walk to Lapland, all in aid of moving for your mental health!
Helpful hints
Step 1 Download the iPhone or Android app on your phone.
Step 2 On the first screen input "activeessex" when it asks for your challenge website address
Step 3 Sign in with the same e-mail address you registered with online, or create a new account if you don't already have one.
Step 4 Enjoy the challenge!
